Be Your Own Boss, All the Time
I spent years dreaming of being my own boss. But it took joining Paparazzi Jewelry and Accessories to catapult me into success with that dream! I am generally a doer, not a dreamer, so when I had the chance to do something this exciting—I stopped dreaming and started doing. I think you know that I love the jewelry, the time I spend with my consultants, and helping people.
I want to clarify something. One of the greatest parts of being a consultant with Paparazzi Jewelry and Accessories is that everyone is their own boss. I have built a team of awesome consultants, but I am not anyone’s boss, except my own. I am a sponsor, which is perfect! There is a huge difference between being a boss and a sponsor. A boss tells people what to do, when to do it, and makes sure they do it. A sponsor helps people in every way possible, encourages them along the way, and helps them achieve their dreams. Which sounds better to you? Being a boss of anyone but myself would do nothing more than add stress to my life. Who needs more stress?
Being a boss isn’t what I thought that it was—IT IS MUCH BETTER! Working with the jewelry is amazing, but I get the most satisfaction from the relationships that I’ve built. Sure, I enjoy being my own boss; I create my own schedule, I earn more money than I ever have, and I work with well made, chic jewelry. And I know that I never want to be anyone else’s boss-I just want control over myself and my life. And joining Paparazzi Jewelry gives me those things. So, when I say, “Party Like a Boss” all I mean is I get to run MY life and MY career! And I know that I can help anyone who has those same dreams.
Get Paid to Party in Paparazzi Style
People are always amazed by the quality of Paparazzi Jewelry pieces, they love the prices, and they want to discuss which pieces they will wear with their favorite clothes. When I party, my mood is always elevated, and it is contagious. The more excited I am about the jewelry, the more people buy, the more questions they ask, and the more they want to know about Paparazzi. I love to share how I became a consultant and how I run MY business. People become very intrigued about how they can join and Get Paid to Party.
Displaying Paparazzi Jewelry and Accessories is probably the hardest part of the job—and it’s so FUN! Since it basically sells itself, all I ever have to do is set up attention-grabbing displays—which I LOVE doing! When I host a party, I set up, go Live on Facebook or You Tube, then I PARTY LIKE a BOSS. I turn on my camera and BOOM…we are LIVE and it’s a PARTY! It’s really that simple. Since there are no sales pitches or presentations and the jewelry is right in front of the camera, my job is super easy and stress free. And the biggest plus? I get to socialize and laugh with my beautiful customers (Sparkle Sisters) while they shop. That is exactly what I mean when I say, “Get Paid to Party.”
Create Your Own Sisterhood of Party Like a Boss Consultants
So many people that I know really want a positive change in their lives. They are over the daily grind, sick of being tired all the time, and stay frustrated over being underpaid for hard work. I used to be one of those people, so I fully understand feeling like you’re on a hamster wheel. But I actively searched for a way out, and that’s when I found Paparazzi Jewelry and Accessories. Sure, there are many opportunities out there to work from home, but Paparazzi appealed to me because of the quality of the jewelry, the low prices, and the opportunity to handpick my consultants. I put a lot of effort into building a team of people that also want to Party Like a Boss.
I run Live Paparazzi Jewelry Shows for two simple reasons. One, of course, is to showcase and sell the earrings, bracelets, and necklaces and the other is to meet interested consultants. People are at their best during Paparazzi Jewelry and Accessories parties. They are generally friendly and excited about the high-quality jewelry, the low price, and the fact that they get to shop without leaving home. Shopping makes people happy, especially when they are getting SO much “bang for their buck”. Like I’ve said, online parties are a great place to get long-term customers, but they are also ideal for meeting potential new consultants. Some shoppers notice how much jewelry I am selling per show and immediately join. I am always happy to discuss my career and how being my own boss has changed my life, and people always listen.

Now you know exactly that is what I mean when I use phrases such as “Party Like a Boss” and “Get Paid to Party Like a Boss.” BCG—Being my own boss, Getting paid to party, and Creating a stellar team—those are what I’m all about.
